After installing my second domain controller and promoting it and making it a Global catalog server, I ran into a DNS issue where my Forward and Reverse lookup zones were not populating on my second domain controller. I forced replication via Microsoft article ID:232072 (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;232072). This did not replicate my DNS information quickly. I restarted both Active Directory servers. After the reboot, my DNS information was replicated and I continued my installation.
