I’ve been talked about, poked, and made to feel as if I were strange. There are quite a few things I do which are just against the norm. One of them is drinking premium bottled water. Poland Spring is good, Evian, San Pellegrino, and Volvic are much better. Tap water is terrible.

I know where it comes from. I watched ‘Dirty Jobs’ and saw how tap and sewage water are recycled.

Who the fuck wants to drink “RECYCLED” water? Look at that nice Dasani bottle and notice it is not spring water. It’s some bullshit filtered tap water using osmosis and some other method.

Back to the program.

I know where New York City gets a large portion of its drinking water from. The Ashokan Reservoir. A nice, beautiful reservoir that was built by destroying a town. During droughts you can see remants of the little town in West Shokan, New York. I know, because I used to live there. I know the history. If you look at Google Maps, you will notice that the Ashokan Reservoir is more than 90 miles from New York City. 90 mother fucking miles. Has there ever been a day when you haven’t used water? Millions of New York City dwellers. That means those pipes are worked every day. Do you know when the pipes were built? A long fucking time ago.

One old, disgusting dump. So not only do you have the age of the pipes bringing water from upstate, but you have the age of the the pipes coming from the central water distributing facility in New York to your hundred plus year old pipes in your apartment.

Now are you really going to tell me that your water is not contaminated? You gotta be fucking ignorant to think such. Free shit never has perks on your health. That’s just the fact of the world. Get used to it! Some greedy fuckers fucked that up for use centuries ago. Bottled water is just one of the offspring of our shitty society.

Mercury has been leaked into our drinking supply. Now we have to worry about Mercury in our drinking water? That’s fucked up. Just plain fucked up. You know how many people drink the water they are given at a restaurant? I’m not one of them, but I see many people drinking it.

I think I may not be contaminated, because I shower in Evian water, brush my teeth with Volvic water, and cook with Poland Springs water. I’m good! Nice way to watch your back.
