Hakum
Hakum is a lyricist with a nice creative style of rapping that I am certainly akin to. This is a mixtape that he put out on his own company Land and Water Records (www.landandwaterrecords.com). With a lot of rappers out in the game today, one can get lost in the actual message. Not that many actually have a message. Hakum has a message for you. Flipping between English and Spanish, the boy definitely has skills. The selection of instrumentals to rhyme on definitely matches the message. Makes me wonder what the rappers that originally rapped on the tracks were thinking. They could’ve delivered so much more but didn’t. The boy is definitely educated, knows his way around history with respect to religion, language, and where you and I came from.
