As if we couldn’t expect this. Are you ready to hear your most favorite Florida DJ screaming in ya damn ear, “DJ Khaled, we da best!!!”. Whatever, I just want to hear Hova go hard on em. I can tell you this much, the public has some issue with Jay saying something about Heath Ledger.

On dark nights it’s just like I see better/ On Dark Knights I’m like Heath Ledger/ Even if I overdose on drugs, muthaf—as can’t kill my buzz.

If you listen to the song, it is definitely not a big deal. Bitch made niggas is always looking for a way to steal someone’s thunder and start some beast. I’ll tell you this much though, much, much props to Jay-Z for not using that weak ass Auto-Tune. I’m really getting sick of that shit!

Jay-Z is Feeling the Credit Crunch Too

We all know that Jay-Z and 50 Cent made by far, so much money last year. They got Arab Money for god’s sake! Unfortunately, regardless of how much cream you have, it is always beneficial to take money out in loans to finance your project. The main reason is that you can offset the cost of development and still keep your own cash flow.

Fortunately for Jay-Z, Charles Blaichman, the real brains and muscle behind the work, had to put up most of the cash. For the most part Jay-Z is going to get the brand, J Hotels. I am not so sure how effective it will be, but they want to take on the area of the west side. They bought it for $66 million, but would need a total of $370 million to get the un-developed land erected. So much, so far, this project might never happen with real-estate and construction in New York City in the lowest in over 10 years.

It has been stated that Kanye is speaking about Jay-Z dropping a Blueprint 3. I am not sure about the fascination with the title of the album, I think he should kid it old skool and give us another Reasonable Doubt. That would be absolutely marvelous. What would be absolutely wonderful is if all of my favorite rappers, Nas, Jay-Z, 50 Cent all went on a $50K year budget and lived poor so that they could get back in the streets and keep spitting that Hungry Fire at us. After they make a few chips, they start talking about things we cannot relate to.
